Site blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Furthermore included in this new document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling different areas of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for dock shelters.
